Abstract
Conventional management instruments (financial reports, forecasts, OKRs, engagement surveys) are built to record outcomes: the past, the projected future, the progress of a chosen plan. None is built to answer the question that matters most under sustained uncertainty: does the organization still have the capacity to remain viable right now? This whitepaper introduces the AENVIX Dynamic Viability Framework, a methodology for reading an organization's present internal state as a single flowing whole. At its core is the Organizational Posture Map, a matrix that exposes, in one view, where structural pressure is accumulating. From the map the framework derives six operating postures and six corresponding response logics, turning a vague loss of grip into something that can be seen, named, and navigated.
