By requesting and accessing the full version of the AENVIX whitepaper, you agree to the following terms.

1. Grant of access

AENVIX LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to read the full version of the AENVIX whitepaper (the "Work") for your own evaluation and internal reference. Your access link and reading session are personal to you.

2. Attribution and citation (required)

As a condition of access, whenever you reference, quote, summarize, adapt, teach, or otherwise draw on the AENVIX Dynamic Viability Framework, its Organizational Posture Map, the six operating postures, the six response logics, or their associated terminology in any external, published, or client-facing material, you must attribute it to AENVIX LLC using a recognizable citation. The recommended form is:

For a specific chapter:

This requirement applies to outward-facing use. Private reading and internal discussion within your own organization do not require a citation.

The text, figures, and layout of the Work are protected by copyright (© 2026 AENVIX LLC). This attribution requirement is a condition of your access, and applies as a matter of contract, whether or not the material you draw on is separately protected by copyright.

3. No redistribution

You may not share, forward, post, or republish the Work, your personal access link, or any substantial extract, in whole or in part. Each rendering of the Work is watermarked with your email address for traceability.

By requesting and accessing the full version, you accept these terms. AENVIX LLC may revoke access at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
