1. Start a conversation

You reach out with a short description of your organization: sector, scale, the main systems you run. No detail is needed yet, just enough for us to see the shape of the work.

  2. Mutual NDA

Before we look at your data reality or share how our method works underneath, both sides sign a confidentiality agreement. Everything past this point is covered.

  3. Scoping & alignment

With confidentiality in place, we get into substance. Together we work through your business and what you need, demonstrate the framework at work, and answer your questions. By the end we agree on the goals, the milestones, and a roadmap, so both sides know what success looks like before any data work begins.

  4. Data assessment

A focused working session. Together we map what it takes to answer the questions the framework asks of your organization, which data each one needs, and which of those you already have. You bring a data owner; we bring the structure.

  5. Specification & sign-off

We write the assessment up into an access specification: which data streams, in what form, by which route, including options for different compliance and security postures. You review and confirm it before any data moves.

  6. Onboarding & trial run

We establish the data path and produce your first Organizational Posture Map. Over the following weeks we calibrate it against your own read of the organization, until the diagnosis is one you recognize as true.

  7. Ongoing diagnostics

Regular diagnostic reporting, with alerts when a material shift appears. Cadence and delivery are set to suit you, and every diagnosis is auditable and reproducible.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

The first step asks nothing but a short message. You do not need to bring data, or bring in your data team, just to talk and see whether this fits.

From there, it helps to be clear-eyed about what the work does ask as it moves forward:

The specifics (which data, in what form, on what timeline) are settled in writing after the NDA and tailored to your situation. None of it is asked of you just to begin the conversation.
